The aim of the Accredited SDA Assessor Update 3 CPD Session is to provide information and clarification to existing Registered Accredited SDA Assessors on updates to the interpretation of the SDA Design Standard.
The Accredited SDA Assessor Update 3 CPD Session is delivered online via Zoom over 2 hours, in a video/teleconference class environment.
The session will provide an opportunity for Accredited SDA Assessors to address any questions regarding Accredited SDA Assessor Update 3 or any areas that remain unclear regarding understanding and implementing the SDA Design Standard.
Participants are required to submit questions for discussion/clarification to Access Institute by Tuesday 25th May 2021 to email@example.com. These questions will be addressed first during the session and other questions without notice will only be addressed if time permits.
Note: Individual project specific questions will not be addressed. Only questions of a general nature will be discussed. Any project specific questions should be directed to the SDA Housing Team at NDIS.

Once the Assessor completes the 2 hour session, Access Institute will issue a Certificate of Attendance and provide the Assessor details to Livable Housing Australia (LHA) the SDA Assessor Registration Authority. The Certificate of Attendance will need to be submitted to LHA by the Assessor with their registration renewal in 2021. The session will provide 5 CPD points for Accredited SDA Assessors. Course fee: $150.00 (plus GST) per person.
