Individual and / or Group Training
Individuals and/or multiple (group) bookings for training courses are subject to the following booking terms and conditions:
We require the following:
- Written confirmation of the booking via letter or email
- Full payment of training fees prior to course commencement
Refunds
Training/Course Refund
If an individual withdraws from a course after they have confirmed their enrolment/registration. i.e. submitted their enrolment/registration form, a minimum fee of 50% of the full course fee will apply if withdrawal occurs more than 14 days prior to course commencement.
If an individual withdraws from a course within 14 days of the course commencement, 100% of the total course fee will apply.
All fees and charges must be received as per the information provided with in the individual Course Information Handbooks in order for an individual to participate in the course.
If a students’ internet connection is unstable or drops out during a session delivery, no refund of course fees will be applicable. Alternatives will be provided for completion of any course requirements.
Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your Handbook purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange the item for an item of equal value. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them. The cost of postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cancellation of Courses
We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time. If a course is cancelled us, ALL of your fees paid will be refunded. We do not take responsibility for any participant’s costs associated with any such cancellation including airfares, travel or accommodation.
We will endeavor to notify individuals as early as possible of any course cancellation.
Dispatch and Deliveries
All Handbooks purchased through this website are dispatched within 10 working days.
Disclaimer
Achieveability Pty Ltd will not be liable for any breach of contract, negligence or loss (consequential or otherwise) arising as a result of any person acting or failing to act in reliance upon the training materials or training provided.
Consequential loss shall be deemed to include (though shall not be limited to) any loss of profits / business or anticipated profits / business, damage to reputation or goodwill, damages, costs, any sum payable to a third party or any other indirect losses.
Achieveability Pty Ltd is located in Australia and as such all fees and charges are depicted in Australian Dollars$.
