Access Institute delivers both the Certificate IV in Access Consulting and Diploma of Access Consulting courses.

There is a range of options available to candidates to obtain these qualifications including demonstration of Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT)

Option 1 – Face to Face course and assessment tasks

Face to face courses (delivered via video/teleconference) are planned for delivery.

The following face to face courses are offered simultaneously:

• CPP40821 Certificate IV in Access Consulting – Standard Pathway – 8 days
• CPP40821 Certificate IV in Access Consulting – Architects Pathway – 7 days
• CPP40821 Certificate IV in Access Consulting  Building Designers Pathway – 7 days
• CPP40821 Certificate IV in Access Consulting – Building Surveyors Pathway – 5 days
• CPP50721 Diploma of Access Consulting – Standard Pathway – 11 days
• CPP50721 Diploma of Access Consulting – Architects Pathway – 10 days
• CPP50721 Diploma of Access Consulting – Building Designers Pathway – 10 days
• CPP50721 Diploma of Access Consulting – Occupational Therapists Pathway – 9 days
• CPP50721 Diploma of Access Consulting – Building Surveyors Pathway – 8 days

Note: The courses above for Building Surveyors, Architects, Building Designers and Occupational Therapists, incorporate automatic Recognised Prior Learning for some units of competency based on skills and qualifications of these professionals.

Option 2 – Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) Pathway for experienced Access Consultants.

You must provide specific evidence of your experience. You may be required to attend some face to face sessions (delivered via video/teleconference) and undertake some assessment tasks depending on the RPL/CT evidence you can provide. It is expected that this will be minimal for this target group.

Option 3 – Combination RPL and face to face classroom sessions.

For anyone who wishes to enrol that can demonstrate RPL/CT in one or more variety of Units of Competency.

You must provide specific evidence of your experience. You will be required to attend some face to face sessions (delivered live online via Zoom) and undertake some assessment tasks.
